• The Pressocast was designed to cast Gold & Silver.
• The melting circuit is of a 10kW, 6kHz RF heating circuit, which allows for metal stirring and homogeneous melts.
• The system can be fitted with a 120 x 300 mm (4.75" x 12") Flask Size.
• The Pressocast is microprocessor controlled and up to 10 sets of different casting parameters can be saved in the system.
• The melting capacity of the system is 5kg of 24k Gold and 3kg of 925 Silver.

• 100% Solid State IGBT Circuitry, which ensures a 95% efficient circuit, thus high melting speeds.
• Standard equipped with temperature control, either internal thermocouple or external infrared.
• Medium frequency operation (20-34 kHz), which allows for homogeneous melting of alloyed metal.
• Available in four power supplies from 5 kW to 16 kW with melting capacities of 3-15 kg of Pure Gold (1-5 kg of Stainless Steel).
